What are the wineries required to submit?

  • Certificate of Insurance

  • Event license from the State of Illinois Liquor Control Commission

  • License Must be Posted on Booth during event.

  • You must bring your own table/chairs/tent/weights/electrical cords.

How much is an event license from the State of Illinois Liquor Commission?

$150 for a one day event. Please call or email Dian at Fairfield City Hall to get your signed letter to send in with your event license application.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

Wineries - $0 (But must have certificate of insurance and event license from the state of Illinois liquor control commission.

Food Vendors - $50 per space

Craft / Art Vendors - $50 per 10x10 space.

I’m a Winery - what will be provided for me during the event?

We will provide the following:

  • 1 gallon of water

  • Ice

  • Dump Bucket

  • Tasting Glasses

YOU must provide:

  • Tables, Tent, Weights for Tent and Electrical cords if needed.

  • Special Events License

  • Certificate of Insurance

Will vendors be responsible for sales tax during the event?

How do I apply to become a vendor?

Download and print the application on this website. Complete the form and mail in your payment to Fairfield Rotary, Fairfield IL 62837.

Am I automatically accepted as a vendor once I apply?

No. Please wait for confirmation from us that you have been accepted. If you’re application is denied, any application fees will be refunded.

Is this a rain or shine event?

YES! No vendor fees or ticket fees will be refunded. We will do our best to accommodate the weather and still make it a fun day for all vendors and attendees!
