We strive to draw vendors who create and sell quality, original art and fine craft items. We look for food vendors who offer fresh, savory or sweet fare that offers our attendees a unique culinary experience.

Quality of Goods

Although the Fairfield Rotary Wine & Arts Festival is not a juried exhibit, we strive to draw exhibitors who create and sell quality, original art and fine craft items. We look for food vendors that offer fresh, savory and/or sweet fare that will provide our attendees with a unique culinary experience.

Dates & Times to Remember

April 18, 2025: Application Deadline
May 9, 2025: Set up Available 3 - 8 PM
May 10, 2025: Set Up From 8 - 10 AM
May 10, 2025: Festival Opens at 10 AM and runs through 6 PM.

The 1st annual Fairfield Rotary Wine & Arts Festival is held rain or shine. Please come prepared for the weather.

Fees

EXHIBITORS: Booth space for Food Vendors, Artists, Craftspeople and other Exhibitors requires a non-refundable $50.00 deposit for 10x10 booth.

●Exhibitors and Food Vendors applications received AFTER THE DEADLINE:
Acceptance and location will be subject to space availability.

Booth Placement / Size

Booth placement is on a first come basis. The Floral Hall offers abundant room for vendors with 10x10 spaces. Spaces outside are reserved for food vendors and those requiring ventilation. A limited number of spaces are available. Vendors MUST provide own tables, tents, weights to secure tents, electrical cords, gang boxes, etc.

Set up / Tear Down

The earliest setup is available Friday, May 9, 2025, 3-8:00 PM. You can also setup the morning of Saturday May 10, 2025 from 8 - 10:00 AM. Vendors are asked to unload and remove vehicles from the festival area as soon as possible. All Vehicles must be out of festival area and vendors should be ready to sell by 10:00 AM. No campers, trailers or vehicles may be parked inside festival area without express and advance permission from the 1st Annual Fairfield Rotary Wine & Arts Festival Committee.

Additional Information

The 1st Annual Fairfield Rotary Wine & Arts Festival will provide clean restrooms and port-o-potties, hand-wash stations, trash receptacles and trash removal, free parking, complimentary seating areas and shade tent, entertainment, and helpful staff people.

Be sure to bring adequate change. Refer other quality vendors!
